Young mother moving into Youth Transitional Accommodation to reunify with her child is needing furniture

Youth Place is a non-for-profit organization that works with young people between 15-25 years old and their children. Youth Place aims to support young people and their children into safe and stable accommodation and end their experience of homelessness. Youth Place has been working with a 19-year-old mother for the past 8 months. The young mother's son was removed from her care due to her experience of homelessness and not being able to provide safe and stable accommodation for her family. The young mum has been working with her supports to secure accommodation and is being accommodated through the Youth Place Transitional Accommodation Program. This will provide the young mother and opportunity to reunify with her son which she has already been working consistently towards for the past 8 months. The young mother is due to move into the property next week however the property is unfurnished. Youth Place are seeking support to help the young person furnish their property.
