Am currently supporting a single mum of one child aged 16 yo. My client has complex health issues that impacts her capacity to work and to support her child. My client has been diagnosed with heart failure, diabetes, asthma , high blood pressure. My client is the primary carer of her child who has been diagnosed with Autism and ADHD and presents with complex behaviour.
My client has no support network to reach out for supports due to the extended family resides in Eastern states. My client and her child escaped abusive relationship and recently got a house however she does not any furnitures for the house. My client is seeking supports with furniture, food vouchers and some home modification items (Rails, non-slip bath mats and shower chair) for her bathrooms to make it safe when attending to her personal care to avoid having falls.
Any assistance accorded to my client will be greatly be appreciated.
