She now provides a safe and stable home for her children. Family is requiring support please to maintain their tenancy and remain housed.
Client was impacted by TC Alfred and is still experiencing ongoing issues over a year after the event. Her rental property has a leaking roof and mould throughout the home. She is still waiting on the owner to get necessary repairs sorted. Due to the dampness and mould our client is wanting to replace curtains and blinds to remove the mould as her 4-year-old son has respiratory concerns and needing medical attention regularly.
