Client is a 78-year-old woman who has been living rough for nine months. Client was living in bushland on unlevel ground and was sleeping in a swag. Client recently fell over in the night and broke her fibula and tibia in one leg. Client was taken to hospital and is recovering, however she lost her phone.
Client feels somewhat isolated in hospital and has very little contact with the few connections she has in the community. At this point in time, client will be returning to rough sleeping when she is discharged from hospital.
