A 55-year-old woman courageously escaped a domestic violence situation and has been living in her car with her loyal dog since December 2024. Despite the instability and daily challenges of homelessness, she continues to actively search for work through SEEK and online applications, determined to rebuild her life with dignity and independence. Months without secure housing or income have left her exhausted and overwhelmed, yet she remains resilient and hopeful for a fresh start. With support, she can move beyond survival and begin to feel safe again. Any assistance offered to this incredibly brave woman would make a meaningful and life-changing difference.

I am writing to personally thank 'GIVIT' for a generous 'Simply Groceries eGift card' voucher that I was gifted, with $100 worth of essential spending money for my family & I to utilise at our own discretion. I can happily report this donation has assisted the purchase of a basic, solo, wifi security camera, with the excess going toward food for my teenage daughter who is currently taken on responsibilities around our home while I recover in a rehabilitation centre. Thank you for this kind gesture, as it has helped to improve security measures around our home & support my daughter to purchase daily essential items such as groceries, basic hygiene & cleaning products.
