55 year old homeless client finally moving into permanent housing

Client is a 54 year old who worked most of his life before injuries lead to his inability to work and then to homelessness. He has been alternating between private rooming houses and rough sleeping since but was able to secure a space in crisis accommodation in December of 2025 where he has been able to access medical services and with case management and mental health support, find stable and ongoing housing. He has begun to build a sense of community and is looking forward to new opportunities in his new home.
