Single mother with three young children. Mother is waiting for back surgery and hasn't been able to work for 4 months. One of her children has ASD, she is struggling financially, her mental health is poor as she is feeling overwhelmed with back pain and unable to do simple tasks. She is finding it really hard to cope and grocery donations would help a lot. Thank you
