The family have 5 children under 7h and they are struggling to meet their basic needs for food, formula and nappies.

The family has been seeking asylum in Australia for over 10 years, with no access to employment, no rights to social security benefits despite all their children being born in Australia and hoping to settle here. They have experienced significant trauma and systemic oppression and have limited social support. In addition both parents are experiencing mental and physical health problem. They recently welcome a new baby who is physically thriving and quickly outgrowing her clothes. They regularly require help with purchasing nappies of various size for their five children, and are often struggling to have enough food to last the week.
