Double Bed and Mattress for Flood-Affected Community Member Rebuilding His Life

This request is for a community member who lost all of his belongings during the devastating flood events and has experienced prolonged homelessness since being displaced. For many months, he has been living without stable accommodation, relying on temporary arrangements and rough sleeping while attempting to rebuild his life following this significant loss. After a long period of uncertainty and hardship, he has recently secured a rental property and is now taking the important first steps towards re-establishing a safe and stable home. Unfortunately, due to the financial impact of homelessness and the loss of all his possessions in the floods, he has very few household items and is unable to afford essential furniture. A double bed and mattress are urgently needed to provide him with a safe and comfortable place to sleep. Currently, he has no suitable bedding and is trying to furnish his home from scratch with extremely limited financial resources.
