She is rebuilding her life after escaping a domestic violence relationship. Despite enormous challenges, she has worked tirelessly to create stability for her family. Her 4-year-old daughter has been diagnosed with global developmental delay and Level 3 autism. She is non-verbal and, at times, can run unexpectedly, making safe transport extremely difficult.
