A single mother with three young children, originally from Syria, has recently arrived in Canberra. The family is facing significant financial hardship and is unable to afford a car, which is especially challenging in a vast city like Canberra. They need to attend English classes and various appointments, but the lack of transportation makes it difficult to get around. To overcome this obstacle, the family urgently requires bicycles to help them travel to these essential locations and improve their quality of life in their new community.
