Cleaning Products

Kingston ACT 2604

A monthly cleaning fee is needed to ensure the support group space is kept safe, tidy, and welcoming for families facing brain cancer. Each session requires professional cleaning after use so that the room remains hygienic and comfortable for patients, carers, and children. This cost helps maintain a calm and respectful environment where families can feel supported and at ease each month.

Recipient story

Please support the brain cancer monthly family support group so families can find connection and strength.
GIVIT
This monthly family support group was created after local families shared how alone and overwhelmed they felt while facing brain cancer. Many were juggling appointments, caring for children, managing work and home life, and trying to cope with constant worry. There was no regular place where they could talk openly, ask questions, or simply sit with others who understood what they were going through.

The group was formed to give families a stable and welcoming space each month to rest, connect, and feel supported. It brings together people at every stage, including patients, carers, children, and those who are grieving. The aim is to offer a gentle environment where no one is pressured to speak and where quiet presence is valued as much as conversation.

Your support helps keep this safe and steady lifeline available to families who are carrying an immense load.
