Strong Grandmother caring for her large family

I support a local Aboriginal grandmother who is currently facing significant hardship while also providing care for her extended family. She is a strong and devoted carer looking after her five children and three grandchildren, ensuring they are safe, supported, and loved despite very difficult circumstances.
This grandmother lives with a serious heart condition, which impacts her daily health and wellbeing. Despite this, she continues to put her family first, showing incredible resilience and strength. Tragically, she also carries the grief of losing one of her children to violence ten years ago — a loss no parent should ever endure. Even through this, she has remained the foundation of her family, holding everything together for the sake of her children and grandchildren.
At present, the family is struggling to meet basic needs, particularly access to food. We are seeking assistance in the form of food vouchers or grocery support to help ease the pressure
