This request is for a single mother who has rebuilt her life after escaping FDV with her young son. Not originally from Australia, she has no support system here and is navigating life on her own while prioritising her child's safety and wellbeing.
She is currently receiving support through NDIS and is actively working on her recovery and stability. Despite her determination, she is experiencing significant financial hardship. Limited income means that after covering essential expenses, there is often very little left for food.
At times. she goes without meals to ensure her son is fed. Without some additional support, she is vulnerable to ongoing food instability. Any assistance would make a meaningful difference in reducing stress and ensuring both mother and child have access to essential resources during this challenging time.
