First Nations Support
Client is a 44-year-old Aboriginal man who relocated to Brisbane to access specialist medical treatment. During this transition, he experienced homelessness and significant social isolation, with no family or support networks available in the city. Despite ongoing health concerns, he faced many challenges navigating services while feeling disconnected and alone.
Client has now secured housing and is working towards stability while continuing to attend specialist medical appointments. To assist him in establishing a safe, comfortable, and supportive home environment, support is sought for a 40–55-inch television, a rug, and a heater. These items will help improve his comfort, reduce isolation, and support his overall wellbeing as he continues his health journey and recovery.
