Am currently supporting a single mother of two children aged 6 and 3 who is a victim survivor of significant family and domestic violence. The client has recently separated from the father of her children to ensure the safety and wellbeing of herself and her children. Since the separation, she has been navigating parenting responsibilities independently without any family or social support network.
Both children have special needs and require ongoing use of continence aids, including nappies. Due to the increasing cost of living, the client is currently experiencing financial hardship and is struggling to afford these essential items consistently.
The family is seeking support with continence aids and nappies to help meet the children’s daily care needs. Providing this assistance would significantly alleviate some of the pressure and stress the client is currently experiencing, while allowing her to focus on rebuilding stability and working towards long-term financial independence.
