Man living with multiple mental and physical health issues experiencing financial hardship. Due to health issues, applicant is no longer able to work and therefore cannot afford necessities. Applicant has experienced hardship within his life leaving him with severe anxiety and agoraphobic traits. He now also experiences chronic neck, shoulder, back, and glute pain from his previous labour intensive occupation.
