The client stated he was born with two heart arteries instead of the usual three and is scheduled for heart surgery after the New Year. Due to his ongoing medical needs and financial hardship, the client has accumulated outstanding pharmacy fees and is unable to pay them. The client is requesting assistance to cover the outstanding pharmacy costs and support to manage his essential health needs.
