53 year old gentleman with an aquired brain injury and severe depression in transitional housing has been saving up for his housing allocation (Furniture items and moving costs) through housing authority / community housing. Recently required to purchase hearing aids and could not find suitable financial assistance. Would benefit greatly from financial assistance to recoup funds for savings as on low income benefits.
