I am writing urgently on behalf of my client, who requires immediate support to manage serious cardiac health concerns.
Client is a 65‑year‑old woman experiencing homelessness following family violence. She has a history of heart failure and frequent episodes of dangerously rapid heart rate, reportedly reaching up to 200 bpm. She is unable to afford essential medication due to significant debts and ongoing financial hardship.
Client urgently needs a personal heart‑rate monitoring device to identify when she requires medical intervention. At present, she can only use the office monitor when available, which is insufficient for managing her condition safely.
I strongly advocate for my client to be provided with her own device as a matter of priority to protect her health and wellbeing.
