Single mum to 11yo and 7yo. She separated from her ex-partner (dad to children) following long term FDV. Despite separation mum is battling continued violence from dad, financially, psychologically and emotionally. Due to the ongoing violence, she is also experiencing significant financial hardship and going through court processes. Mums is struggling with many complication and interconnected issues that is impacting her mental health and capacity to cater to the children's needs. She feels extremely low thinking the children are suffering due to the parents' separation and their impact on their overall wellbeing. The family is socially isolated with no family support around.
