Seeking much needed white goods and lounge after rat infestation for 2yrs caused extensive property damage

After enduring years of DV and homelessness, my 60yr old client's home became badly infested by rats for 2yrs as the result of the actions of a neighbour.
It took medical specialists, support workers and community advocates, and finally the local MP who took the case to the Minister of Housing, for action. Multiple services, including QBuild and pest control services were involved.
After 12 fumigation treatments spanning the 2yrs, my client received clearance certificate 8/4/26 confirming her home is finally rat free.
However, this has caused damage to refrigerator, lounge suite was lost, washing machine, clothing, linen, and curtains. The rats also got into the office damaging technology and bags of clothing.
Client is receiving DSP and replaced damaged appliances multiple times: 4th washing machine, 5th fridge and freezer by accessing advance payments. The health hazard from rat urine is permeating through her home. Is receiving support service for unit deep cleaning.
