Single mother of 4 young children, experienced domestic violence in previous relationships with father of older children. Recent partner abonded her just prior to giving birth to his child. Mums mental health has declined due to stressors of sole parenting with no supports and 2 young children with complex needs. Mum has always been on top of her budget, though moving house due to FDV has had a significant impact on her financially. Previous house was small 2 bedroom, where all were sleeping in 1 room, and Mum is now trying to furnish a 4 bedroom home, creating a fresh start for her and her children and to work towards reunification with her eldest child.
