A young woman in our community has just endured a traumatic domestic violence incident and was recently discharged from the hospital. She is now safely with her family, focusing on healing physically, emotionally, and mentally.
In the middle of rebuilding her sense of safety and strength, we are hoping to give her a moment of comfort and kindness. Support is sought to help her treat herself to something special after such an awful experience, and to ensure she and her family can still share a warm, dignified Christmas together during this difficult time.
Any contribution big or small will help provide a little relief, joy, and encouragement as she begins her long journey toward recovery.
