Our client shared that in 2019, her husband died as a result of a domestic incident involving her mother, at their previous property. Client spoke about her young 13 year old daughter being present during the incident. Client and her daughter were transferred to another property after the event in 2019.
Our Client has had shoulder surgery (resulting in limited movement in her left arm) and has had a pacemaker inserted. She attends physiotherapy but with limited movement in her left arm, she said it is a struggle to pay contractors to maintain her back yard.
