Laptop needed for a young person from refugee background

A high school student (16 years old) who has recently arrived in Australia on a refugee visa requires support to access a donated laptop.
The school is unable to provide a laptop, and her parents do not have the financial means to purchase one. This young person is highly motivated in her studies and is keen to have access to a laptop, which would significantly support her learning and her ability to complete schoolwork, including during school holidays.
I would greatly appreciate any assistance you may be able to provide in helping her access a donated laptop.
