Recipient is a person who lives with numerous physical and intellectual disabilities. These include a history of strokes, cerebral palsy, Tourette syndrome, autism, and mental health challenges associated with a long history of trauma and abuse. They have been harassed by their neighbours for years, including a physical assault on their partner. The partner lives with autism, brain damage, spinal damage and PTSD, as well as mental health challenges. This family lives with hoarding and are actively trying to clean up so they can transfer to a safer location.
