22 year old female currently couch surfing with friends due to twin brother who is domestic violent. He harms her. She is diabetic and receives a disability allowance. She also suffers from other health issues. She suffers from PTSD due to her house being ransacked and broken into by people who had issues with her brother. She is struggling mentally and financially.
She is looking to study Floristry and ceramics. She needs a laptop to do her course work. She finds it challenging to get back to study without a laptop. She has a certain intellectual disability and needs help to get back to study. Any help would be greatly appreciated
