Older Aboriginal woman with complex and intersecting needs, including disability, a history of family and domestic violence, and mental health challenges. She is currently living in severe squalor, which has significantly impacted the safety and habitability of her home and placed her tenancy at serious risk. Without urgent intervention and coordinated support, she is at imminent risk of homelessness. She requires intensive, culturally safe, trauma-informed assistance to address property conditions, strengthen daily living supports, and advocate for appropriate disability services. A collaborative, multidisciplinary response is essential to stabilise her housing, improve her wellbeing, and reduce the risk of homelessness and further crisis.
