Client is experiencing long-term health issues and is currently living in financial hardship. Due to the rising cost of living and the high expenses associated with private rental accommodation, the client has very limited funds remaining after paying rent and essential living costs.
Staff have observed that the client is wearing worn and torn clothing and does not have sufficient financial capacity to purchase appropriate winter clothing. As the colder season approaches, the client is in need of support to obtain warm winter clothing to maintain their health, wellbeing, and comfort.
Financial assistance for winter clothing would greatly benefit the client and help address this immediate need.
