This young First Nations person has recently escaped a domestic and family violence environment and is currently moving between the homes of extended family members while working towards a more stable future. Despite the significant challenges she has faced, she is determined to rebuild her life, return to school, and create a safe and positive environment where she can focus on her education and wellbeing. As she prepares to move into stable accommodation, she is seeking essential household items to help establish a comfortable and secure space. A TV for her room, a double bed frame/base, and a chest of drawers will provide the basics needed to make her new room feel safe and welcoming. Grocery or petrol vouchers will also assist with day-to-day living costs, helping her access food, attend school, and maintain important appointments while she continues her journey towards independence and recovery.
