Client is a vulnerable young mum struggling in and out of addiction and has attempted suicide in the recent past but currently on a waitlist for program intake for rehabilitation with her family. She is requesting supports with several items to be able to adequately maintain and sustain her tenancy which is presently at high risk of being repossessed.
After recently completing decluttering, she is requesting supports with;
Groceries
Clothing
Toiletries
2 Single Bed Bases and Mattresses and Beddings.
Client was recently hospitalized and away from home but has since returned and the above items will address her short-term and long-term needs as she looks into the future with beams of hope and building resilience as she struggles as a single mum to raise her 6 children.
