Young man under the care of public mental health system with limited supports. This young man has a long history of homelessness and complex psychosocial needs and looking to get on his feet. He is need of a phone as his belongings are often stolen from his accommodation. He is hoping to get a phone to have regular contact with his family and to assist with an NDIS application
