I support a family in transitional housing whose son's bed has broken it is a double, the family can't afford another

Family supported by our service is in financial hardship, the family has 3 children one Parent. Her sons bed had broken over the weekend and requires a new base, the bed is a double, this is a lovely little family, the head of the house try's very hard to budget and manage her money, is linked with services that support however, with the bed base broken, is not in a position to source another and her son is now on a mattress on the ground, our service has limited funding and we are reaching out on her behalf for support.
