Our client is a hard-working single mum of 1 teenage daughter due to start high school next year.
Since arriving in Australia in 2011 has been bouncing around in rooming houses due to be unable to enter into the private rental market.
She has since exceled in her English classes and then was able to establish a job part time as a cleaner. However, still struggled to get into the market. Now has finally secured herself after 15 years in Australia.
Her daughter and herself have always shared a King bed in the one room they have rented which also came from the rooming houses. As a result, she's never had to own her own furniture or belongings. Now is on a time crunch to get her house up and running to be able to move into it ASAP.
Currently her rent is also high so has been unable to save to help get items for her property.
Our client is very excited for her daughter to finally experience her own space and a safe place to finally hang out with friends.
