She is at the moment, bravely working through a court case with little to no assistance as many of her supports are on pause, in this, her most difficult time.
Without access to private computers and printers or the support of carers to visit local services she has been struggling with a faulty laptop as she tries to navigate legal and administrative systems on her own.
A working laptop would mean the world to her. It would mean that she could help herself by accessing online supports; file documents safely and email important documentation to get through her challenges and life administration in a practical way. Not only would this mean fair and equitable access for her, but it would also boost her confidence and feeling of autonomy and control in a difficult situation.
