Following a relationship breakdown, he is the primary carer for his teenage daughter and her two children; his daughter is also pregnant. Chronic mental health challenges have required home security upgrades. The client is under significant financial pressure, and maintaining an operational vehicle is essential to meet caring, medical, and daily living needs.
