A youth is in need of noise cancelling headphones to help him when he is in class, home and other areas where noise gets him easily overwhelmed. He has struggle dealing with noises where is causes him stress and other issues. The family is unable to support and afford for him to get the headphones. The school has offered him headphones, but they are not noise cancelling and he isn't able to take them home.
