Family with multiple physical/intellectual illnesses seeking financial support

Mother and her partner have a blended family of 7 children, 4 of which reside with them in the family home. The family have had 3 recent hospitalisations in a short time frame which has impacted the family with multiple hospital visits and reduced income as her partner was one of those hospitalisations (for ongoing physical disability). Mother has her own health complications and between herself, her partner, and two of her children with ongoing medical needs have found themselves struggling financially as they continue to pay for specialist appointments and fuel to attend the appointments. The family would benefit from a fuel voucher to help keep some money in their pocket to go towards ongoing medical expenses.
