Mum is single and has 4 children, including children with special needs. Mum is unable to work full time due to having to home school one of the children who has ASD.
Mum is struggling to make ends meet with the 4 children and increasing costs of living. Having a child with special needs also means that there are sensory issues around food.
Mum is gluten free also.
Mum's health is not good and she is due to have an operation in the next 2 months which means that she won't be able to work (currently self-employed).
