First Nations Support
At our homeless shelter we have a hot lunch every Tuesday. We endeavour to give people a special Christmas lunch on the last Tuesday of the year before Christmas. Our M25 Christmas lunch has become well known, and looked forward to by the homeless and most vulnerable but also by families doing it tough. We try to get sponsorship for a slushie and ice cream van and an face painter. We have other activities and also the lunch, which in the past has been a hot lunch. As numbers have increased each year, this year we are looking to cater for approximately 150. We have decided to do a boxed lunch consisting of salad, roll, chicken and Christmas ham. As a not for profit we are only able to offer what we can with the funds/donations that we receive. We would like to ask for vouchers for Coles or Woolworths to enable us to buy nice Christmas ham to include in the lunch for our beautiful people. https://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=100089156150555 is our Facebook page to see more info
