GIVIT
Client has been dedicated to their recovery over past 2 years included an extended period in residential rehabilitation. Upon meeting recovery goals the client has been accepted for supported housing to live independently. They have engaged with community supports and purchased items through their savings including cooking implements however still need some additional items to support their independence in moving to this new environment as money is tight covering rent and utilities.
