Homeless couple with no refrigeration in tropical climate

The client and his partner have been homeless and living in their vehicle for approximately three years with no end in sight. We recently provided them with a tent. They are currently hopeful of securing work but even if they do, the local rental market is in crisis and it is very difficult to get accommodation. The client has attended our community pantry and has advised that any cold items we provided, go off very quickly due to lack of refrigeration in our harsh climate. The ability to keep food cold and the provision of some cooling fans to cool him and his partner through the evening would make a big difference to their physical comfort and emotional well-being.
