Young apprentice needing financial help due to hardship

I have a young client who has been through a tough year and despite this still showing up for work every day. This person has had a number of family losses this year including her main support person. She is a first-year boilermaker and it has taken her 3 years to complete her first year due to taking time off due to a serious medical condition. Once she recovered enough, she returned to her apprenticeship. She is finding it increasing difficult to pay for all her rent, bills and finding money for tools. She is looking for financial assistance to get vouchers to buy food so she can afford to buy a new pair of work boots. Please help.
