Teenage Girl experiencing FDV looking to upskill and manage mental health

14-year-old girl has recently escaped chronic and severe family and domestic violence – she has been struggling with PTSD and anxiety as a result of childhood trauma and has had to move homes multiple times, spending several months couch-surfing and homeless. She has recently gained some stability in her accommodation and is trying to build her confidence to go back to school. She is in need of shoes and clothes as she’s had to leave all of her things behind. This girl also loves all things beauty and aspires to open her own beauty shop when she is older – she would love to be able to practise her skills at home, to help build her confidence, self-esteem, and to take her mind off her worries.
