28 year old woman supporting her family to live, struck with severe health issues - refugee background

This incredible young woman and her family cannot get any government benefit as they wait for a refugee visa, still waiting after ten years, this young woman is working to provide for her two parents who are both now sadly very unwell (diabetes complications). However, her health is very complex and a recent surgery left her unable to work. They don't have a concession card so medication is very expensive ad other living requirements. Help us help her to get her back on her feet (literally!).
