A nurse working in a rural location (and the main bread-winner in her family) is struggling emotionally after their farming property was first affected by drought, then the January bushfires. They were just getting back on their feet after experiencing devastating fires in 2020 where they lost over 300 sheep and cattle. The fires in January 2026 has left them losing hope as their financial situation has diminished. They do not have enough funds to restock their farm to help generate an income and pressure on her to continue working, despite a major health issue, is taking its toll on her mental health. They have fallen into hardship and would be grateful for any support that can help relieve the burden of debt.
