However during the course of leaving her rental property due to safety concerns the real estate has made life even more difficult. The client had to remove her belongings from the home before she could arrange or afford to arrange pick up of her belongings. All her belongings remained out in the weather for 4 days which has rendered them unusable or broken.
The client continues the fight via attending DV court to get orders in place, meanwhile discovering an anonymous allegation lodged with blue card has cost her her job.
The client is determined to get her name cleared and blue card reinstated, however, this is just added stress to an already traumatised family.
