Our client is a young family that left their family home in NSW due to FV.
They arrived with their newborn and clothes in a bag and nothing else.
Since arriving in Australia in 2021 the family lived with their relatives thinking they were in for a better life, but after a while discovered they were not.
They are a single-family income on Centrelink as the wife is not able to get Centrelink due to the type of visa she is currently on.
The husband had to stop work due to moving states and at the time had to help his wife due to a tough, complicated pregnancy.
The family worked hard and secured a private rental and now are struggling to get basic items for the household.
The family lost all family supports and are now facing becoming a new young family together and navigating this next chapter to start a fresh life as a strong family unit in their own home now.
