Support an over 55 individual who has been experiencing homelessness and significant health challenges over the past 5 years to set up their forever home. They have been experiencing a lot of adversity in their life and has been experiencing detrimental health challenges due to them sleeping in an inadequate bed due to financial constraints, they also currently do not own a refrigerator, washing machine and other basic appliances to be able to live independently. They have been looking for stability all their lives and now are one step closer to this. We appreciate any support to make a lasting change in this person's life.
